You are planning to introduce AI or have encountered difficulties with an existing initiative. We discuss what you want to achieve, what is already available and where the problems lie. You can use my assessment for internal discussions and planning.
The consultation process
Preparation
Send me relevant documents, such as an architecture overview or a description of your initiative. I review them and prepare questions for our conversation.
60-minute conversation
We spend 60 minutes together, by video or in person in Switzerland, discussing where AI makes sense for your project and which technical or organizational questions remain.
Written assessment
Within 5 business days, you receive a written assessment setting out the options, their requirements and my recommendation on how to proceed.
Consultation topics
Task and benefit
We clarify which task you want to improve and whether AI is suitable for it.
Systems and team
We discuss the available data and systems, and your team’s capacity for implementation and operations.
Requirements and risks
We identify technical, organizational and security questions that need answers.
